Monroe Township maintains five historical cemeteries within the township.
Maysville Methodist Church Cemetery, Elmer Cemetery (Methodist Church),
Richardson Cemetery, McNeal Cemetery ) Presbyterian Church), and Union
Chapel (White Eyes M.P. Church Cemetery.
There are two active cemeteries within the Township. Managed by Otsego Baptist Church Cemetery and Otsego Methodist Church Cemetery.
Wires Graveyard (Revolutionary War) is maintained by a private resident at 11590 Friendship Drive

Rules:
Hours are Sunrise to sunset daily. All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent. Any persons found in the cemetery after sundown will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The Township is not responsible for accidents within the cemetery boundaries. Ohio Revised Code 517.12
